(Khushi) sitting in a corner with her hair flying thinking about the Bigada nawab's (ASR) behaviour...(somebody stop this fan...Jhalli phullli is gonna be sick with so much fan shoving in her face and then the Bigada Nawab would have to play nurse) She is absolutely ruining the desinger saree by wiping her tears on the nose and pantooo (Aakash) comes and tries to console her by saying that bigada nawaab is like to him also ..jhallu phulli starts her tirade that why is he being nice to him when he belongs to this office and why does he not call her chamkeli (haye!! Chamkeli is sooo cute na) Pantoo says that anybody can call her anything but the truth remains that she is the only one who could raise her voice and make her point before the bigada Nawab (arre isliye to she is the heroine na...Warna toh Nandkishoree bhi Khushi ban sakte hai) he asks her whether she will drink water and our Jhalli phulli says that she will have Jalebis...Jalebi bai Her ringtone is sure phunny...Chal maiye ke ghar bhavan bhavan...aka Dabang tune Khushi gets a call and She takes it as the Pantoo leaves... Nandkissooreee (aka Bua) is on the other end ..I just love the mami and bua...both have excellent dialogues...Hay re Nandkissoorreee!!!! She dantofies Khushi for reneging on her commitment to celebrate Payal's birthday!!!! and bangs down the phone and is surprised to see Payal hearing all the details of her surprised party (arre aise chillake bolegi **********toh jadoo (woh Koi mil gaya wala Alien jadoo) ko bhi pata chal jayega ke Nandkisssorre ke waha surprise party ho rahi hai) Anjali staring at the door like it is suddenly going to turn into her prince charming...and the bell rings and she opens the door and stares at the person(aise dekh rahi hai jaise uske hubby ne plastic surgery karva ke Koena Mitra jaise naak karva di ho)...and I actually dont blame her..it was a courier wala and he DID have a gross nose..she gets disappointed...(arre dont be disappointed re baby!open the courier na!! dEKH dekh courier khol ke dekhle shayad andar hi tera hubby na ho!) She gets a phone from her invisible husband who informs her that hewill not be able to come and she becomes sad and she tells Naani that she will sit in the pooja alone... Jhallu phulli is roaming around the office and the canteen woman asks her that everyone has gone, you did not go??(ha re! wo chali gayee!! ye usko bhooot ghum raha hai office mein!! Kya sawaal hai re!!) she gives Jhalliphulli a food packet and our Jhalli asks that she does not have jalebi(oye!! jitne bhi tujhe sympathy batate hai unse jalebi mangti hai besharam kahi ki sab ko halwai samajh ke rakha hai)...The canteen woman says no! today is bitter vegetable day (haye haye!! ASR ke office mein tum log days manate ho...then you must be having ...yellow vegetable day, sweet roti day, black daal day, burnt pizza day, macroniless pasta day) Pooja over at Anjali's house and Ratna.taunting Anjali as to why she is at her maayka...and Mami drops in on her like a bomb on hiroshima...and actually physically abuses her on the pretext of testing her earrings..I loved Mami today...bless her and her hello hi byebye English Naani scolding her as to why did she talk like this and Mami says she told her the truth and walks away The bigada Nawab in his chamber having Flashback of the lady in red and and he really looks like he is wearing real tight shorts... La comes blah blahing about chamkeli and her photo shoot and ASR still having probs with his shorts O my bad!! it was not his shorts but his tie which he actually manages to make it into look like a string hanging from his neck and so Blah I mean La tries to help him (Daba de ! daba de Gala! Shayad koi dhang ka expression nikal aaye) and ofcourse Khushi has to walk in at that time and both the expression less idiots start abusing our jhalli phulli...Blah ..errr I mean La, saying "Iski himmat dekho 2 din hue nahi jawab de rahi hai"..(toh jawab dene ke liye time schedule hai??? you can answer me back after so and so date of your joining the job) Khushi says she did knock the door ...and she had only come to ask if she can go home...The bigada nawab tells her that she cannot go!! He tells her to be in the parking lot and guide the guests and gives leave to all the security guards (hain?? and gunde aa gaye toh?? you will expect her to play kung fu also???) Anjali not eating her house...and mami starts hiccuping because of spicy food..and asks for sweet from Anjali...naani scolds Mami that why does she makes Anjali miss Damadji so much..mami tells Anjali when she comes back with the Halwa that the smell of your halwa is so good that your husband would come running from wherever he is and tells her to sit wit hher ( I jsut love this mami) nandkisssorre cursing Khushi and Payal saying that Jhalli phulli's is not getting connected on pphone... Jhalli phulli in the parking lot and it starts raining...and Payal gets worried about Jhalli phulli as she has not got an umbrella... Bua saying "Barso nand kishore barso"...(elo! nandkishore kaise barsenge??) Jhalli phulli's phone goes out due to rain and Payal wants to go and find Khushi...and Nandkissore is in a bandit queen mode...she has tied a kerchief around her head... Shyam coming and saying that he will go and find Khushi... The bigada nawab comes to the parking lot with people holding umbrella for him and sees Jhalli phulli all wet and soaked to the skin and goes on staring...(nikaama kahi ka) An oldie guests comes and tells Khushi that she is wet and scolds ASR for putting Khushi on duty in the rain and goes away (Hain..beti beti karta gaya aur chhata/umbrella bhi nahi diya bechari bheegi hui bachi ko) Pantoo also watches her and goes (sab ke sab ghonchu kahi ke) Jhalli stands there alone and suddenly a car comes straight into her and the bigada Nawab bana Superman (I told you he had some problem with his shorts... Superman wears his shorts outside and this one is wearin it inside..problem toh hogi hi na)..and he pulls Khushi out of the car ramming zone and she falls over him and then we have some *ahem* ahem* moments as they are into each others arms and staring at each other

Ipkknd 4th july 2011 ((episode 21 )) written update

Arnav gives Khushi her first task - to erase all the extra A's from his name. Khushi reckons it's an easy task, until Arnav gives her a massive stack to complete. Khushi doesn't finish until after 4pm. In b/w correcting the papers, Khushi gets a call from her mum. Garima says to spend lots of time with Payal, and not to work too hard. Khushi hangs up, and Arnav has heard her conversation. /(It's really funny when Arnav begins telling Khushi what to do. He asks her "What's my name?" and Khushi looks at him like umm, WTH?)/ At the RM, Anjali teaches the servant how to set a thali. Akash comes and Anjali teases him a bit when Mami comes and tries to make her son eat.. Nani comes, and there's a Nani-Mami clash. /(As always. I give up on them, seriously.)/ Back at the office, La-La & SimPam are talking about Khushi, when they see an entrance made by an international model, Liza. La-La isn't happy. She can't stand Liza, and Liza almost has a heart-attack when someone almost drops her fur coat. It's her baby, and she wants /Arnie/ to make sure it's looked after. Arnav has the perfect choice - Khushi. /(Arnie? Really? Like eww.)/ Back at RM, Anjali & Nani are doing some last minute checks to the pooja they're holding. Anjali cuts her finger cutting an apple, and Nani complains that Mami didn't do a thing. Mami-Nani clash, and then Anjali gets a call from her husband, who tells her he's coming home that evening. The ladies are super excited. /(I just love the Raizada ladies!)/ Back at the office, Arnav hands Khushi her next job - looking after the fur coat. That coat stays on her arm at all times, until the shoot is finished. That's five hours from then. Arnav also stipulates that Khushi cannot sit down until the shoot is finished. The shoot begins. /(Jerk. Can I wipe the smirk off his face? And Liza's while I'm at it?)/ At Bua's house, Shyam comes inside to hear Bua singing bhajans in honour of Payal's birthday. Shyam talks of having a surprise party for Payal, and Bua almost agrees until she hears it was Khushi's idea. She then rambles on about the younger generation. Shyam defends Khushi wistfully, and then lets Bua know he'll be leaving that night. Bua is upset. /(Yes, I know what people are thinking. Shyam is Anju's hubby. Which is he isn't. But still. Blah.)/ Back at the office, Khushi is complaining about the shoot, wondering why the photographer is taking so many photos of such a short outfit. SimPam take advantage of the situation, and Pam "bumps" into Khushi, pouring a glass of juice on the coat. Khushi sees it, and becomes frantic, trying to rub it off. It's no use, and she sadly walks to Liza. Payal calls, and tells Khushi that until she comes home from work, Payal won't celebrate her birthday. Khushi cuts her off, and tells Liza what happened. Liza chucks a tantrum and screams for /Arnie/. She cuts her coat, she's that upset. Arnav comes, sees the damage, and walks quietly towards Khushi./ (I'm surprised La-La & Liza aren't besties by now. Not! Eww. Double trouble much?)/ -||-

The episode starts with the model (don't know her name) screaming and complaining to Arnav regarding her ruined fur coat. Arnav is furious and asks Khushi if she has an explanation. Khushi tells him not to get angry as she was just trying to explain that she didn't ruin it on purpose. She'd even used soap on it. This gets the model angry even further and she quits. Lavanya is worried because they have a deadline to meet and blames Khushi for the crisis. Khushi tries to explain when she is interrupted by the cameraman saying he needs to leave in an hour and asking the status. Arnav tells him the shoot is on. Scene shifts where Anjali and Manorma are in the kitchen talking about Anjali's husband. Nani asks Anjali to get ready when Anjali meets Ratna Masi. Nani asks Anjali to get ready and tell Arnav to come for the pooja on time. Nani tells Ratna that Arnav works a lot. Scene shifts back to the shoot where Arnav orders Khushi to wear the dress which is extremely revealing. Khushi is shocked. and horrified. She tries to get out of it but Arnav screams at her and tells her she was responsible for ruining his Lucknow show as well, he won't let the same happen with the shoot. I missed a dialougue in between but seeing Khushi's expression, I think it was something very humiliating. Arnav even tells Khushi that if it weren't for the contract, he would've long thrown her out of the office and asks her to resign if she can't do the shoot. He insists that only Khushi will do the shoot. Arnav gets a call and leaves. Khushi is sad, disappointed, stunned and nervous at the same time. Scene shifts as Arnav receives Anjali's call. Anjali asks Arnav to come home soon since his brother-in-law is also coming. Arnav says it's the first good news he's heard. He's clearly disappointed that he can't meet his bro-in-law but he says because of 'someone' (looking at Khushi), he's undergone a lot of loss. Anjali worriedly asks if he is ok. He says he is and keeps the phone. After hanging up, Anjali wonders how Arnav or his bro-in-law even get time to breathe in between work. Nani comes and says that Arnav and his bro-in-law are the same, who can't see beyond work. But Anjali expresses her happiness at her husband coming and has a heart to heart chat with Nani. Scene shifts to Bua's house where Shyam is admiring a pendant nostalgically. He is interrupted by Bua who asks him what the matter is when he quickly hides the pendant. Shyam lies that he feels so close to the family that he doesn't feel like going away. Bua says that if one finds the right person, they form a bond straight from the heart (I loved this dialogue as boring as the rest of the scene was). Bua asks Shyam if he'd placed order for jalebi. He says he has and has asked Khushi to collect it on her way back from work. Buaji is grateful because Shyam cares so much for all of them. She asks him to return quickly as she would miss him terribly. Shyam consoles Buaji saying he'll definitely come back because home is where heart is and his heart was there. He covers up saying he would work as they would party, so his heart would be there. Buaji is amused. She leaves and Shyam's expression changes (I want to know the mystery to this guy soon! Seriously! I don't know what to believe about him being and not being Anjali's husband). Meanwhile, Khushi is extremely tensed and wonders aloud why everything goes wrong with her. She calls home and Shyam takes her call. He tells her to come fast and he has not disclosed the surprise. He even says the Buaji was praising her as how she'd become smarter after starting work. Shyam says she got work because she was smart and not the other way round. This saddens Khushi even more. Shyam asks if her mood is off as he senses something wrong. Khushi denys. Shyam apologises to Khushi because he can't be a part of Payal's surprise. He tells her to get the jalebi. Khushi pleads Shyam not to go because she's stuck in office. Shyam says that'll put him in mess. Khushi says that's the reason why she was reluctant. Shyam assures Khushi to sort her mess out and he'll take care of his. After they hang up, Shyam says to himself that he needs to stay back since Khushi asked so nicely. Khushi wonders what to do. She says she can't leave work because everyone's depending a lot on her. She says she won't accept defeat. She'll do something (This is why I love her! No matter what the situation and state of mind, she takes some action against it within her means to improve the situation. Hence, God also helps her). Scene shifts to Arnav's house where Anjali's eyes are searching for someone. Ratna asks if her husband has come. Nani covers up by saying that he must be stuck in some work and will come soon (This is when I realise that Shyam is Anjali's potential husband. I REALLY hope it is just to confuse us. Lol! If it is, then they're doing a good job on me at least). Anjali looks upset. Just as Nani asks Panditji to wait for a bit, they here the doorbell ring and Anjali's face lights up. She happily goes to open the door but is disappointed (The change of expression actually made me feel bad for her. Oh man!). Scene shifts to ASR's office where Lavanya is pacing around worriedly. Jeff says it's getting late. Lavanya says she'll look into it. Just then they see Khushi come out in a red saree, all ready (Oh my God! She was looking beyond stunning! But why such OTT earrings? Chalo, at least they didn't kill the look). Khushi is clearly uncomfortable. Lavanya screams at her for not wearing what she was asked to. Khushi says she couldn't wear those clothes. They get into an argument about how the clothes given to Khushi weren't Indian. Jeff intervenes taking Khushi's side (Arguments aside, nothing beats the elegance of a saree, IMO. Not even short dresses). Jeff starts the photoshoot as ASR comes there. He looks beyond smitten by Khushi and there's a looonnnggg moment where he just stares at Khushi while she is embarrassed and tries to handle her sari. He comes out of his trance as Lavanya starts complaining about how Khushi will ruin their calender shoot. Arnav confronts Khushi about not wearing what he was asked to and orders her to go and change. But Jeff interrupts and takes Khushi's side saying that the saree is working just fine. Akash also agrees and together, they convince ASR to give a go ahead. ASR finally agrees and leaves. BUT he turns back to look at Khushi once

(the Rabba Ve BG just adds to the feel!)

The episode ends with Khushi forming slight tears in her eyes.

Precap: Arnav asks Khushi if she wants to go home and doesn't give her the permission saying she needs to help the clients park. Khushi tries to change his mind but he says she has to stay otherwise she should resign.
