Nani is talking to anjali and she is saying ASR is always threatening to leave the house, and she is saying Lavanya can never become our bahu, Shyaam is calling khushi but its not getting connected, and anjali takes the phone from him, and he speaks rudely and says give me the phone, and anjali says who is troubling you, let me check, and shyaam acts angry and anjali gets upset and leaves the phone and goes, Bua ji gives Payaal and Khushi their tickets to lucknow and khushi says im not sure whether we should go or no and payal says we have to go under any cost, and bua ji is super upset and says please dont go, and stay with me, maami ji enters La's room and La is in a bathrobe ROFL ASR enters and La is all flirty and over ASR Also maami is after getting la in the house so that after ASR, Akash can get married and La says can you imagine i wore the chamkeli type kapde and ASR thinks about khushi and La says i forgot chamkili's name and ASR says its KKG and then la says i feel bad i cant stay in your room with you, then everyone is on the dining table and La sits near ASR and nani says its anjali's place, dont sit over there, and La moves from there, Anjali and Shyaam come in and sit and shyaam is trying to talk to anjali but she is angry, and then they both smile because shyaam cracks a PJ,

naani asks la what else can she cook besides cake with eggs, and la says i can make noodles from the micro and naani says im talking about hoome made food, Naani is being super rude to la and ASR is angry and la says in my house we have servants so they cook and ASR gets SUPER pissed, Naani asks la if she can atleast make tea and ASR says i dont care if she can cook or not, and coming up video Anjali says lucknow se yaad aya, khushi bhi toh lucknow se hai naa? and ASR and Shyaam are shocked

La says mujhe tea bag waali chai banaani aati hai, and naani says next she will say next she will say that she cant even boil water, ASR says these things dont matter to me, and Shyaam says dont worry i will teach you everything La, and then Shyaam says rani saheba is angry with me today so i brought all this food, ASR asks anjaali what happened and then she says nothing, then they all happily eat paani puri and shyaam passes is to La and la asks there is mineral water in this right? (LMFAOOOOOO)

and naani says in this house we drink from the matki, and shyaam says here la eat the lucknow chat and ASR stumped and shyaam says Lucknow is so special and unique and anjali says lucknow se yaad ayaa khushi bhi toh lucknow se hai naa? and she says whenever khushi goes to lucknow we will tell her to get sweets for us, ASR remembers Khushi telling him about her leaving, and shyaam is thinking about khushi, ASR and shyaam are sitting together and precap shyaam is at khushi's door step and its locked and no one is in the house and he says kahaan hai aap khushi jee and a scene of khushi in the car

The episode starts with Shyam taking Khushi's call. Anjali comes in the middle but Shyam somehow saves the situation. Khushi apologises for disturbing Shyam time and again and enquires about her job. Shyam says he's still in the process of looking for work for her. Anjali asks whose call it is and he thanks Khushi for helping him make jalebis hinting to Anjali that it is 'Ammaji's' call. Anjali wants to speak to her as well but Mahinder comes and asks about the food and then, Shyam pretends that there is a network problem and hangs up on Khushi. Anjali says that it seems like Shyam loves 'Ammaji' a lot and Shyam gets lost in his dreamworld. This is noticed by Anjali but Shyam quickly breaks his trance and distracts her to erase her suspicions. Meanwhile, Khushi is upset that they got disconnected without her being able to tell him the full situation.


Scene shifts to Manorma opening the door and welcoming La with ASR in the Raizada house. Nani looks disgusted but everyone else seems happy. Anjali comes with a pooja ki thali for La's aarti but Nani stops her saying that this is a ritual after wedding and La isn't their daughter-in-law yet. Anjali tries arguing but Nani doesn't listen. Finally, Shyam intervenes and says it will do no harm thus letting Anjali go ahead. La says to Anjali that too bad she's going to mandir just as she'd entered and she would've surely accompanied her had she not been this tired Manorma says Anjali isn't going to the mandir but this is for aarti. Anjali starts taking aarti of La and Arnav. While La's eyes are busy following the motion of the plate, ASR recollects Khushi doing aarti on teej and looks disturbed. La says she's feeling dizzy and Manorma asks Anjali to stop. La gets in and greets everyone who return her salutations politely with an exception of Nani. La feels uncomfortable.

Scene shifts to Khushi lost in thoughts. Payal asks her to make sure he has everything with her. Khushi wonders out aloud to Payal whether what they're doing is correct or not and wishes there was some sort of a sign which would convey to them what was the right thing to do. Payal brushes off Khushi's worries and changes the topic asking her to take her Devi Maiyya along. Khushi realises she was about to forget her and picks her up. Payal goes as she is called by Madhumati and Devi Maiyya's dupatta falls. Khushi recalls how the idol had fallen down and was saved by Arnav which had ended up with them sharing a moment. Khushi gets disturbed.

Scene shifts to the Raizada household where Manorma asks La if she wants anything. La says juice without sugar and ice and Manorma says that ASR is also not allowed sugar so after marriage they can have a sugarfree hoursehold . Then La asks a servant to get pastries which she'd made and serves it to all (I swear, I felt tempted for chocolate pastries ). Nani refuses to take. Manorma asks La the recipe and it is revealed that it has egg. All are shocked. Nani looks furious and Anjali calmly explains to La that they don't take egg. Manorma says she'll have to take a shower now La says that she, too, is feeling hot in those clothes so she should also go in for a shower. She asks where his room is. All look shocked. ASR leads her to his room but Nani stops her but screaming her name. 'Teheriye, Miss Lavanya Kashyap!' .

Nani and ASR have a huge argument on live-in relationships and there are clash of ideologies. Manorma has her live commentary going on La intervenes and speaks in favour of live-in but Nani scolds her and talks how about societal norms and basic values do not permit live-ins. She gets La's stuff put in the guest room. After La, leaves, ASR ignores Shyam's silent pleas of letting the matter go and argues with Nani for making matters worse and the heated argument ends up in ASR threatening to leave the house with La if he doesn't get his way. Nani tells everyone how she'd let La stay in their house and how she's regretting the repercussions. Anjali pleads Nani to give La some time to adjust to the new household. Nani says she shall give her a month. If she can prove her worth as a daughter in law in this time then well and good else she will have to leave.

ASR angrily enters his room and Shyam follows him. ASR complains regarding Nani's thinking and her disrespect towards La and says he sees the institution of marriage different and doesn't care two hoots about the society. Shyam attempts to calm him down by saying that ASR should try and listen to Nani and when she will see him listening to her, she too will make an attempt to understand his viewpoint and the generation gap may reduce. He also says that Arnav must think carefully about the decisions he makes today since he will have to face their repercussions tomorrow. Episode ends with ASR recalling all the moments where, acting out of impulse, he had insulted and manhandled Khushi.



Precap: Khushi is still wondering whether what she's doing is right or wrong and asks Devi Maiyya to help.

Madhumati is locking the entrance to the house and sadly looks at Payal and Khushi. They, too, seem sad.

Ipkknd 8th august 2011 ((episode 47)) written update

The episode starts with the dark prince watering his plants. He's lost in his thoughts of the beauty.
Meanwhile, the beauty is helping her sister with the cooking. The innocent angel asks her sister to pass the ghee, but the beauty is preoccupied in her thoughts of the dark prince.

The dark prince cannot stop thinking of the beauty, and doesn't realise he's over-pouring the water, until his sister walks in and stops him. He looks at her a bit bewildered. She wonders what's going on. She forces him to sit down, and tell her. She wants to know if he's happy with his girlfriend coming over... the dark prince looks at her. He says they have an understanding; neither of them want marriage, and she gets him.
The graceful princess asks if the dark prince understands himself. She wonders if he's not doing this only to spite their grandmother. The dark prince smirks, ***erturbed. He believes his sister should know better; he doesn't over-think things, and he's not about to start now.

Back at Bua's, the innocent angel notices her sister isn't paying attention. She taps her on the shoulder, and the beauty replies saying that the tickets to Lucknow have been booked, but they need to hurry with the cooking as they're leaving in the evening. The innocent angel wonders what has gotten into her sister.

Meanwhile, the graceful princess is still worried about her brother. And isn't afraid of saying so. She wonders what will happen to him when he falls in love... he dismisses the notion, but his sister begins describing each state of mind... and as she's talking, he remembers moments between him and the beauty.
The beauty wearing a sari for the photoshoot ~ all he sees is her.
Seeing her cry in the storeroom ~ if she's upset, it affects him too.
Telling him she's leaving ~ the thought of her leaving will kill him inside.

The dark prince finally comes out of his thoughts and tells his sister that even if this girl does come into his life, he'll stay away. He thinks with his head, not his heart. His sister looks at him skeptically, and then says that he won't be able to stay away from her... he'll stop breathing otherwise.
The dark prince stares at his sister, and then bursts out in short laughter. He says that if he stays in her presence any longer, he'll stop breathing, and walks off leaving her fuming.

Back at Bua's, the girls are finishing up the cooking when the phone rings. The beauty picks it up, and it's her mother. However, things aren't well with them. Their shop has been seized from them, because their father put it up for mortgage and couldn't repay the loan. The beauty is sent into shock, and tells their mother they'll be in Lucknow soon... their father softly rebukes their mother for telling the girls, but the beauty is adamant to come home.
She seeks comfort in her sister's hug. They need to go back to Lucknow as soon as possible.

In another part of town, the dark prince has arrived at his girlfriend's apartment. She is wearing a red salwar, determined to impress him and his family. He doesn't notice. He strides in, and is about to say something but she cuts him off. She says that she understands his family might not agree to having her there, but she wants this to work.
The dark prince looks at her and says that he was only going to ask her to hurry up as he parked the car on the side of the road. His girlfriend perks up, and then comes closer to him. She needs to be reassured that he loves her as much as she loves him ~ she doesn't understand him at times.
The dark prince says that if he didn't love her, he wouldn't be doing all this... she agrees, and cuts him off mid-sentence. She's walking to grab her bags, and he's struck by a sudden flashback of yelling at and after the beauty for not being able to talk to her. This flashback causes him to angrily pull his girlfriend back, and tell her off harshly. She has no permission to leave when he's not finished talking.
His girlfriend whimpers, and says she was going to get her stuff. He takes the bag from her, and leaves with her following.

Back at Bua's, the girls are packing their clothes... and Bua watches in the background. The innocent angel is handed a yellow dupatta, and is immediately reminded of her non-wedding. She comes to the conclusion that this is all happening because of her. This is her fault.
The beauty quickly comes to her sister and says it's not her fault. They all believed the groom was a good guy, but if the dowry issue hadn't come up, who knows what might have happened? All the beauty knows is that they're going to go back to Lucknow to be with their family.
Bua finally intervenes - she wants to know why the girls are crying so much. What is the point of them? She sits them down, and explains the situation. She makes them understand that there's no point in going back - it will mean more problems for their father, who hasn't got an income right now. How will they be able to provide for their daughters if they can't provide for themselves?

Bua says for the girls to stay here, and for the beauty to talk to the snake regarding that job he offered. The beauty contemplates.

At RM, the snake and the graceful princess are cooking. The snake lightly flirts with his wife, and share a moment. The graceful princess is reminded that she needs to give her grandmother the medicines, and leaves. Suddenly the snake's phone rings. It's the beauty. He says that he misses her... says her name, and then sees his wife come back through the reflection of the metal plate. He stiffens.
